In response to the ever-changing recommendations of Gov. Pritzker and the local Health Department concerning the COVID-19 (novel coronavirus), Woodlawn Animal Hospital will continue implementing necessary safety changes.

Unfortunately, in an effort to keep everyone safe, clients ARE NOT allowed inside the facility during appointments.

IF YOU DRIVE…

Pull up in front of our large picture window even if you have to DOUBLE PARK.

Call us when you arrive at 773/249-7191. Tell us who you are and who you are bringing for an appointment.

  • EVERYONE (older than 2 yrs) wears a mask.
  • REMEMBER: DO NOT get out of your car unless WAH staff specifically asks you. Staff WILL NOT come outside if you’re outside of your car.
  • REMEMBER: You DO NOT leave for routine appts. DROP OFF appointments are pre-scheduled. WAH will charge a fee if you leave your pet during your scheduled appointment time.
  • Please bring your PATIENCE! We’re doing everything we can to stay on schedule, but know that you and your pet are important to us and will ALWAYS receive our best efforts!
  • PLEASE: If you are feeling ILL, have a fever, or are exhibiting any signs of illness, stay home until you feel better and reschedule your appointment. We will happily reschedule your appointment and waive the “fee” when the appointment is rescheduled and kept.
  • REMEMBER, because of our safety protocols during the COVID-19 pandemic, clients are not allowed inside the facility during their pet’s appointment

IF YOU WALK, UBER OR LYFT

Please don’t stand directly in front of our door as staff is coming in and out with other pets.
