Payment due at time of service or drop off for service(s). Any past due balance will be subject to an 18% additional monthly finance charge. Cancellation/rescheduling Policy: Mon-Friday appointments: 24 hours prior to scheduled time. (FEE: $55) Drop-off/Procedure/Saturday appointments: 48 hours prior to set appointment time. (FEE: $75)
